Framing
Currently, we do not offer frames with our prints.
If you'd like help with suggestions on style or where to buy then let us know and we will endeavour to help!
Print Sizes
Our standard print sizes are:
A2, A3, A4, A5 and 40x50cm
If you are after a specific print size that isn't listed then let us know and we will see if we can help!
Can I cancel my order
You can cancel your order anytime up until it has been produced and a dispatch notice has been sent.
Just get in touch and let us know as soon as possible and we will get it refunded straight away.
Packaging
All our prints and cards are packaged up in the best possible way to ensure they reach you in pristine condition.
Smaller posters (A5 and A4) will be shipped flat in a protective (compostable) waterproof sleeve inside a double reinforced hardback cardboard envelope.
Larger prints (A3, A2 and 40x50) will be shipped in a thick card tube reaching you in pristine condition.
Quality
All our prints are produced in house by ourselves using the highest quality paper and inks allowing us to ensure the best standards before any artwork is dispatched.
Processing Time
The processing time is the time we need to prepare an order for shipping. This varies due to the complexity of the work involved, however, we always aim for having all orders personalised (if that is part of your order), printed and packed ready for shipping within 2 business days.
Personalisations
Where customisations are clear and leave little room for error we will process the order in our usual way and get your artwork dispatched promptly.
However, when there are numerous personalisations with room for error we will always send back a digital file for you to check and approve to ensure it is perfect before any artwork is dispatched. If you'd like this anyway, let us know and ensure you include your email address when ordering.
Can I get a print made of my own event?
Yes! We do take commissions for prints based solely on your own data. If you have completed a run or hike that is not listed amongst our prints, let us know.

Delivery
Free Standard Delivery
All our A5 prints are delivered using Royal Mail 2nd class. A4, A3, A2 and 40x50 prints are delivered using Royal Mail 48hrs tracked.
FREE delivery
2-3 business days (after processing time)
Next Day Delivery
Items ordered including the 24hrs option are sent using Royal Mail 24hrs tracked.
Cost: £2.50
1 business day (after processing time)
Express Delivery
Items ordered including the express delivery option are sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm.
Cost: £7.00
Before 1pm next day (after processing time)
International orders
Unfortunately we are currently not accepting international orders (outside UK) on our website.
We are however processing international orders through our Etsy site. Each product should have a direct link taking you to the Etsy shop.
Environment
We are a company that whole heartedly believes in climate change and the impact it is having on both us and our planet.
We're proud to mention that all our products and 99% of our packaging are fully recyclable. We just need to get to grips with the plastic end caps to our postal tubes. So still work to do!
Payment methods
We try to be accommodating and accept various payment methods, including credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay.
Can I return personalised prints
Unfortunately (due to their nature) custom prints are not eligible to returns and refunds.
If however your print arrives damaged or (god forbid) with an error then let us know and we will get it sorted for you straight away!
My order hasn't arrived
We understand that unfortunately on occasions items can go missing in the mail.
We do everything we can to minimise the risk, sending out all our prints with tracking (apart from A5 artwork) so we recommend you check the tracking that will be included on your dispatch email/ message first.
If it claims to have been delivered and you do not have it then let us know and we will get it sorted for you!
