Please note we currently only take orders from within the United Kingdom on our website. If you are ordering from the US or Europe please use out Etsy site here.
UK Orders
Processing time
The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. We always aim for having all orders personalised (if that is part of your order), printed and packed ready for shipping within 24 hours (and no later than 48 hours).
Estimated shipping times
- 2-3 business days
These shipping times are meant as a guide only. Please be prepared, with the way the world is currently going (Covid and Brexit), it is not unheard of for orders to take longer than the times promised by the main couriers.
Delivery charges
- UK: 48hrs Royal Mail - Free delivery
- UK: 24hrs Royal Mail - £2.50
- UK: Express before 1pm Royal Mail - £7.50
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We're not responsible for delays due to customs.
